Card payment before delivery
Orders are paid by card before delivery. Review the products, quantities, delivery destination and total price before confirming. Keep the confirmation and order reference for your records.
No available courier
If no courier is available to accept your order, no amount is debited. A pending card authorization, if shown by your bank, is different from a completed debit. Your bank controls how a released authorization appears in your account.
Full refund for an uncompleted delivery
Any delivery that does not reach completion will be refunded in full. This means the full amount paid for the uncompleted delivery order, including delivery charges paid for that order. We do not replace this commitment with a voucher or store credit without your agreement.
If your delivery is late or has not arrived
Contact our team with your order reference and the delivery address. Tell us whether the order is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or otherwise uncompleted. We will review the order with the courier and apply the full refund commitment when delivery has not been completed.
If you do not wish to accept a delay, tell our team when you contact us. We will address your request in accordance with the order circumstances and applicable consumer rights. A bank may take additional processing time to display an approved refund; we do not promise a bank posting date that we cannot control.
Receiving alcohol
The recipient must be aged 21 or over and provide valid identification when required. A courier cannot complete an unlawful handoff. If the delivery does not reach completion, our full refund commitment still applies. Contact us rather than arranging a substitute receiving address directly with an unidentified person.
